Rays of Hope: Goddess Night

So I'm a little behind on blogging.  I usually try to blog things within a couple of days, and it's killing me that I am about a week behind.  This far behind on blogging, you can imagine how far behind I am on editing!  But I wanted to post these as soon as I could.  A little over a week ago, I was invited by my new friend at Baystate, Barb Turcotte, to a lovely 5 course dinner at the Log Cabin, to benefit Rays of Hope.  It was an absolutely beautiful event and the food was delicious.  We even had great bagpipers greeting us at the door.  As always, the team at the Log Cabin did a wonderful job, and Barbara had two of the most talented performers I had ever heard entertaining us!  They were absolutely awesome and knew how to get the crowd dancing... well I think the fabulous wine from Five Rivers Winery helped as well!  :)  Here are some pictures from the event...

Smails Flowers have created two beautiful bouquets to benefit Rays of Hope, and they also provided pink carnation pins for all the breast cancer survivors present at the event!

Our two entertainers for the evening... the first entertainer was Noah Lis from Palmer and the next was Liv Gaines from Enfield... holy crap were they talented...

This is Beth DeGray, our lovely host from the Log Cabin who announced each course and kept the night running smoothly!

Here's Barbara, the mastermind behind this amazing event.  Doesn't she just look like the type who has fun wherever she goes?  I love it!

There's something about Journey that gets people of all ages out of their seats :)  I'll end with a few dancing pictures.  Thanks for having me Barbara!
